What constitutes a personal injury case?

If you were injured to your mind or to your body as a result of the indifference or the negligence of someone else or of a company, then you can file a personal injury claim. For example, if you are involved in a situation where you slip and fall in water that should not have been on the floor at a store or fall over baskets in a store that should not have been there or in a pothole at a parking lot for improper lighting or if you were bitten by a dog, there are numerous situations where you are injured to your person because of the carelessness of someone else. In Florida, you can file a claim against those at-fault parties.
